Copyright Notice for Custom CNC Signs

All designs, logos, graphics, artwork, and other creative content (hereafter referred to as “Materials”) produced and sold by MTN Metal Design are the intellectual property of MTN Metal Design. These Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or other use of these Materials, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of MTN Metal Design is strictly prohibited.

Personalized Orders:
For custom and personalized orders, MTN Metal Design retains all rights to the designs and layouts created for the client, including drafts and finalized versions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By purchasing custom designs, the customer acknowledges and agrees that MTN Metal Design may display these custom designs for promotional purposes in portfolios, advertisements, websites, or other marketing channels, unless otherwise requested by the client.

Customer-Supplied Designs:
If you provide your own design for customization, you confirm that you hold the copyright or have obtained permission to use the design. MTN Metal Design is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from using customer-supplied designs.

Limited License for Personal Use:
By purchasing custom CNC signs from MTN Metal Design, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to display the sign for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not extend to resale, reproduction, or other commercial uses of the sign or its design.

Trademark Use:
Any use of third-party trademarks, logos, or branding in custom orders must comply with all applicable trademark laws. MTN Metal Design is not responsible for unauthorized use of any third-party trademarks or logos included in custom designs.
